Lizzie and Baba

If don't create your reality, your reality will create you

Webcast Week #33

The mountains have brought us much peace and continue to do so every day. Last week’s show included wise words from the great Eckhart Tolle, a mountain pose from Liz Klug, a video sent by Hillary Melville about natural building structures by The California Institute of Earth, Art and Agriculture, The Beckoning Of Lovely sent to us by Deldino, a Kitchen Concerts contribution from Jamal and a live guest.

Tracy Straus is the amazing spirit who brought us to Colorado, having hired Baba to be musical director in residence for her non-profit, Celebrate The Beat. She is helping children all over Colorado to reach
their potential through dance. It was fascinating talking to Tracy in person about her work, her commitment to the project during hard times (even when she felt like she wanted to throw in the towel) and her own ability to create her reality to help create a better world. The Bun Dance was especially challenging since we were working to keep up with a professional Bun Dancer, but we’re always happy to receive a challenge that helps us grow, right?

We sang… our download of the month 17 Nights In The City, Send Me Walkin’ Man (from the original Holy Road album) and our new song Destiny (which has yet to be recorded and released). It was great to see Raaf from France on again and Cam
mentioned that someone was on the message board from Norway! We didn’t catch their name but how exciting, watching this show grow globally.
Welcome back Mish, Cathrine, Gregg, Katherine, Frogwoman, Darcy, Alisa, Rodger Jordan and Leif, and everyone who is joining us to create this
abundant and informational online community week after week. See you this Sunday for another great tuning in to get in tune adventure and until then, holy now…we’ll see you in the dream.

Lizzie’s Creating Reality Tip of the Week

I’m still working with the masterful wisdom of Don Miguel Ruiz. This week, I highlighted one of the four agreements…”Do Your Best.” That’s all we can do, really. So often we’re too hard on ourselves and it just does not serve us to be that way. So next time you have a demon in your head telling you that your not good enough, just ask yourself, am I doing my best? Did I do my best? If you are or you did, then give yourself a huge loving hug (the hug you wish someone would give you) and give thanks to your vehicle for helping you reach your potential. If you did not do your best, then just make a commitment to doing your best on the very next thing you do, whatever it is, and then try to make a habit of it, of always doing your best. Remember, our bodies are vehicles for our eternal selves, so don’t let your vehicle drive you into madness. Happy co-creating of your reality… X=h/m
