Webcast Week #34
After going to see Don Miguel Ruiz speak in Fort Collins, Colorado, we were both feeling especially inspired to host week #34. Liz Klug led the Mountain Pose again, Miguel Ruiz talked to us about our legacy, the bouncing baby was sent by Cam and gave us all a giggle, Organic Consumer’s Association provided a video on the importance of buying organic, Robert Reich inspired us to contact our representatives about health care this week, the water slide made us all question what’s real and what’s not in this world of graphic alteration.
We sang a new love song, Take the Makeup as well as Farmer and Wife from the latest EP. We also sang Call Your Senators in support of Reich’s call for action. It was wonderful to see Miker on again…Katherine, Darcy, Cam, Hilly, JJ, Michele, Ankur, Karen and everyone else, thanks for keeping this community growing and consistent. May your weekend be full of joy and until Sunday, holy Now.

Lizzie’s Creating Reality Tip of the Week
One more tip from Don Miguel Ruiz’s book, The Four Agreements. We all
know the old adage, “to assume makes an ass out of you and me”. So, let’s help each other remember…Don’t assume anything. None of us can say what someone else is thinking or feeling at any given moment. We do not know why anything happens unless we ourselves have caused it to be a reality, so take a load off and always ask for the truth from the people you meet, love and exchange living experiences with. It will save everyone a lot of trouble and confusion. Most importantly, don’t assume that the reality you are creating is the reality you want to create, take the time to sit down and clarify it for yourself (and your partner if you have one) write it out and put it up on the wall so you don’t forget-or so if you change your mind, you remember to change your personal map of now. And remember, your body/mind is a vehicle for your eternal self…don’t let it drive you into madness! Happy reality co-creating. X=h/m.
