Webcast Week #48
05 26th, 2010
Time is even more surreal for us than ever these days as we await the arrival our beloved baby Louise. The show this past Sunday was a wonderful way for us to explore the expansive promise of rebirth-of the dream we’re living in. As we cherish the experience of this long stream of nows called Life, we keep aiming to bring you the best show we can. Though many of you heard a frustrating feedback coming out of your computers, some of you didn’t and the archived episode has no feedback at all, so go ahead and enjoy it if you have time and we’ll keep working on the quality of the real time show…

In this episode, we watched inspiring videos…one about a hummingbird rescued by a kind couple, one about a woman who’s determined to help us see money as a source of joy and abundance, one featuring the song of March “Dharma” honoring our four legged guide who has crossed over, one about activists on the front lines of keeping agriculture from being monopolized, and one featuring a very powerful little girl named Jessica who knows how to harness the energy of her true self and celebrate her place in the universe.

We sang Moon River, Starfish Lullaby, and Waiting For A Sign and after all that, we shared about the Art of Creating Reality, bundanced into the night, gave thanks for our collective abundance of blessings and vowed to see each other again next month, after little Louise has come home! What a night…

CREATING REALITY TIP
Do the Jessica at least once a week, preferably every day. We can all learn a valuable tool of Creating Reality from the video we showed this past Sunday. The image of that magical child loving herself as she deserves to be loved-doing what I now call “the Jessica” and giving herself her daily dose of positive reinforcement medicine-sticks with me and motivates me to get in front of the mirror, shake my booty, and pour on the soul shine like I’m a plant that needs to be watered as I am also the gardener and the sun. I hope you’ll do the same, it will make all the difference!

Webcast Week #47
04 28th, 2010
This month’s show was a real treat, thank you for tuning in! We were especially excited to share our new music video with you. It is a moving tribute to our four legged master and though it was painful to make, it has given us a nice sense of closure. Whenever we are really missing him, we watch it and feel him hovering in the air, loving us profoundly.
Photobucket

We sang King Corn (the download of May) and Universal Land (from our album The Tumbleweed Cabaret) in honor of last week’s Earth Day. Also in honor of Earth day, we showed two videos on the topic. We also performed I Miss You Baby (from the Warner Album) and God Damn That Man(from I Pledge Allegiance To Myself). Then we carried on the tradition of a bundance and a version of our song Thank You (from I Pledge) that included your statements of gratitude…

Though some of you had trouble with the sound, hearing a strong and
annoying echo, fortunately you can now see an archive of the show without any echo! We’ll be continuing to perfect our stream and look forward to seeing you for a big (and I mean big ’cause I’ll be 38 weeks pregnant by then!) bundance.

CREATING REALITY TIP
The Universe is Infinite and though our bodies are finite, our True Selves come from the Stars. So, tonight and every night that you can, we should step outside and look at the Stars, our ancestors of Light, maybe howl at the moon, and remember to remember…don’t sweat the small stuff! (And by the way, it’s almost all small stuff). Then we make a wish, the only wish we can control, the only wish we can actually make come true…”please let me be the best human I can be while I’m here on Earth, let me leave this place a little better than it was when I got here” then, we go inside and give thanks for the Infinite mystery of being, of being here now.

Webcast Week #46
04 7th, 2010
For Easter weekend, we did a last minute show.
Photobucket

We sang Reaching For Light from the “I Pledge Allegiance to Myself” album, a new unrecorded chant called Holy Ganesha, the new download of the month Dharma, and Baba’s new unrecorded song Winter Serenade. We showed some funny little Easter videos as well as a more serious one on the history of Easter and a very enlightening trailer for a filem called “Dirt“. Mama Hillybean came over and bundanced with us and with those who happened to tune in last minute. Thank You was gratifying as always. You can watch the episode at our archive page here: www.livestream.com/thisabundantlife.

We’re busy gearing up for the baby so our next show is going to be on Sunday April 25th, same time, same channel. Hope to see you there!

CREATING REALITY TIP
In our society, we are often so afraid of being “self involved” that we don’t involve ourselves with ourselves at all. Don’t let this happen to you! Remember, “if mama ain’t happy, ain’t nobody happy” and we’re all-even as men-the mama of our own lives. So we need to make sure we are taking care of ourselves before we start playing the martyr and trying to take care of everyone else first. Do it! Set aside the time you need every day to care for your own soul and then your soul will bring the whole world into harmony. Happy reality creating!

Webcast Week #45
03 31st, 2010
What a pleasure to be back with you all again, singing songs and watching videos-without any major technological issues too! And what a comfort to share our sense of loss with you as well, mourning the Dharma through music and stories together was sublime.

Photobucket

We showed a photo slide show that Baba made of the little four legged master which he synced to a recording of our song “Thank You”. Then we sang a new song called “Dharma” (the download of this month) live, a well as “Prayer”(recording was released on the Warner album in 2003) and “Ripple” (a Grateful Dead cover we have yet to record but love to perform). After that, we showed avideo Mama Hilllybean sent us, a trailer of what a new TV series that we believe is just what Reality TV should be. We sang another couple more songs live…”You’ll Never Walk Alone” by Rodgers and Hammerstein and our song “Hallelujah” (released on our last EP).

It was a moving episode and by then end, we were all bundancing across the country…giving thanks for so many things, including Dharma and the community we share.

We’re excited to announce that we did archive last weeks show which you can view by clicking here. We did however get some reports that the speaker sound was a bit loud and distorting so we will be working on improving that for this week’s upcoming show so until then, bundancers, keep shining like the bright stars that you are!

CREATING REALITY TIP

This is one comes straight from 14 years of the Dharma’s telepathic teachings…this week’s tip is “Love the Fart!” This is a great one, a mantra we can all recite to ourselves when life farts in our face and we hold our noses, wanting to squirm away, turn away and run for cover…DON’T! Just sit there, inhale deeply and take it in, knowing that with every metaphysical fart is a a genie, blessing, a lesson and a new found love for the clear air that follows…so don’t be afraid of the fart my friends, whatever it is…a romance fart, a death fart, or just a plain old being human anxiety fart about little to nothing at all, suck it in and let it go because it’s the farts job to remind us that there’s no where to run to. All farts pass with the breeze if we let them and then we’re left laughing at the way the fart made us feel,
alive and well on planet earth!

Webcast Week #44
03 3rd, 2010

Last week we tried a new broadcasting program which had some benefits and some faults. Thank you, again, to those who watched and gave input about our challenging test. Your patience and dedication is so appreciated and a real testament to the staying power of this wonderful community that we are all building together. There were some great moments despite the challenges. We sang “Waiting For A Sign“, “Chariots Rise“, the new download of the month-”Purple Heart/Broken Mind”, and a cover of “Ripple” by the Grateful Dead. We also showed a couple videos, The Hippo and Waking From The Dream. After the Creating Reality Tip, we
bundanced our buns off (our little bun in the oven kicked along) and sang your “Thank Yous” with full hearts.

Baba is working hard to figure out other solutions for our technical problems but in the meantime, we are taking a break from the show to go on our much belated honeymoon to Hawaii and to get a handle on how to improve This Abundant Life. While we’re away, we’ll be brainstorming about how to make this show and this community stronger and more inspiring so if you have constructive input and ideas, please send them to us asap!

Creating y*Our Reality Tip:

“Life is what happens to you when you’re busy making plans”- John Lennon
…Well, whether we like it or not, though we do create our reality, we also must accept that, ultimately, we are not in charge of life but, rather, life is in charge of us. We are co-creating this reality with a force much larger than us and sometimes, we have to just let life do it’s dance while we try to trot along without getting our two left feet stepped on-all the while trusting that our co-creator has a reason for sending our story in a direction different than we imagined. So, when life is storming over you, sit back and enjoy the ride. “Let go and let god”, that’s my tip for the week…and also, Baba had one this week too, he told us how he had finally realized that he can’t do everything
himself, he needs help-ain’t that a truth worth remembering. For all of us who juggle too many balls in the air…let’s share the load!

We’ll be back on air Sunday March 28th and sincerely hope to make that show our best episode yet. Until then friends, may your days be full of laughter and gratitude.

L & B and Dharma too

Videos Week #44
02 28th, 2010

We re-played the Awakening the Dreamer video from Week 43 because of the technical issues we were having. We only played that and another video about Hippos on this week’s episode because we were testing out a new streaming service.
