WHAT IS THIS ABUNDANT LIFE?


This Abundant Life is a weekly 60 minute interactive web-cast and community blog that highlights the themes of arts, agriculture and activism. This cutting edge web-cast integrates live music, relevant videos, live guests, live chat and is hosted by Lizzie & Baba. In addition to the above, each show consists of an inspiring tip from Lizzie’s philosophy, The Art of Creating Reality and a collective “bun-dance” at which point folks shake their buns in their living rooms around the world. At the end of each show, the community of viewers post things they are thankful for in the chat room and the hosts sing about the viewer’s gratitude within the context of the song, Thank You. This Abundant Life airs every Sunday evening at 7:00PM EST/ 4:00PM PST from wherever Lizzie & Baba are in the world. “This show is a ray of sunshine and can help light your way when you are in darkness.” – NY Examiner

Our vision is to bring more and more people together every week,
uniting friends and family around the world with consistent reminders of
life’s abundance. If we come together weekly, we believe we can help each
other transform this world into the world we imagine it to be, because as we all know,
“if we don’t create our reality, our reality will create us.”
